LIVING ROOM

Upon entering, you will be welcomed into a modern living room, where a comfortable sofa bed faces a flat-screen TV with Netflix included, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The modern and functional kitchenette allows you to prepare a refreshing drink or an intimate dinner, all while immersed in a welcoming and well-lit environment.

BEDROOM

To your right, you will find the bedroom, featuring a sophisticated lighting system: both from the bed and the entrance of the room, you can independently control each light, creating the perfect atmosphere for every moment. The double bed, equipped with a comfortable topper, is positioned in front of a second TV (Netflix included), allowing you to enjoy your favourite films directly from the bed. The spacious wardrobe and desk, with a lamp and multiple power outlets, provide everything you need, whether to rest or to work in a peaceful environment, with high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment.

BATHROOM

The “en-suite” bathroom is stylish and bright, with a large window that lets in natural light, illuminating a spacious shower, which is equipped with a boiler with periodic water sanitisation system. Fresh towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your daily comfort during your stay.

BALCONY

From the living area and the bedroom, you can access a large and livable balcony, the perfect space to start your day with a coffee or to unwind at sunset. The table with chairs, umbrella, and power outlet will allow you to enjoy the outdoor space even in the shade, using it with all the practicality and freshness of the outdoors.

For an eco-friendly stay, the apartment is equipped with four separate containers for waste sorting and an energy-saving system with an electronic card slot, helping to reduce waste and respect the environment.
